Guest information

Here you will find all the necessary information about your booking, check-in times and other things that may be good to know before it is finally time for your long awaited holiday.

During the winter (from mid-December), our opening hours are 09-16 every day.
During summer and autumn (May-mid-December), our opening hours are weekdays 9-16.
On public holidays, opening hours may change.

In case of emergency or reservations close in time, please call us at + 46 684 31300. When the reception is unmanned you will be connected to our on duty staff.

All guests can fill in a Guest Card in advance. You can find the card in the link below.

Check-in and check-out.

Check-in is from 4 pm on the day of arrival. If the apartment is not booked days prior to your arrival, earlier check-in might be possible. Please contact the reception upon arrival for further details.

It is possible to check-in outside of our opening hours. About one week before arrival you will receive an email with all the information you need to collect your key and check in. You will receive two keys to your accommodation.

Check-out is no later than 10 am on the day of departure. When you leave the accommodation, keep in mind that the dishes should be made or the dishwasher started. Bed linens should be removed from the beds and the garbage needs to be taken out. Late check-out or inadequate cleaning can lead to an additional charge. During the winter, cleaning on departure is included in the price, during the summer and autumn it can be purchased as an add-on.
