Here you will find all the necessary information about your booking, check-in times and other things that may be good to know before it is finally time for your long awaited holiday.
During the summer and autumn season, our opening hours are weekdays 09:00-16:00. During the winter season, our opening hours are 09:00-16:00 every day. On major weekends and public holidays, opening hours may change.
In case of emergency or reservations close in time, please call us at + 46 684 31300. When the reception is unmanned you will be connected to our on duty staff.
Offer to our guests.
When you book accommodation with us at AGO in Vemdalen, you get access to discount offers from our local partners. For example. discounts on restaurants, ski hire, activities etc. These vary from season to season. When your stay is approaching, we will send you the email "Before your arrival" where you will see which offers are available to you.
Check-in and check-out.
Check-in usually takes place from 16.00, possibly later on big exchange days such as long weekends and school holidays.
About a week before arrival, you will receive an email with all the information you need to collect keys and check in. All check-in takes place in connection with the cottage area you will be staying in. It is fine to check in outside our opening hours. You will receive two keys to your accommodation.
Check-out takes place no later than 10 o'clock on the day of departure if you have booked accommodation with departure cleaning, alternatively no later than 12 o'clock if you have booked accommodation which you clean yourself before departure.
When you leave the accommodation, remember that the dishes must be washed or the dishwasher started. The bed linen removed from the beds and the garbage carried out to the garbage can. Late check-out or inadequate cleaning may result in an additional charge. For some accommodations, final cleaning is included in the basic price and this is then stated on your confirmation. For other accommodations, departure cleaning can be purchased subject to availability. Remember to book well in advance if you wish to book departure cleaning in your booking.

Depending on the availability of snow, the distance to the slope may vary.
Snow shoveling
The weather changes quickly in the mountains. Snow and wind can quickly make driveways, parking lots and stairs dizzy again. A footpath shoveled in the morning can be completely covered an hour later. On days when it snows or has turned over and become slippery, we are out shoveling/anti-skid continuously at our accommodation. Certain lanes may be prioritized to ensure accessibility for emergency services. Please be patient, we will get to all of them.
