AGO in Vemdalen rents privately owned houses, cottages and apartments on Vemdalsskalet, in Björnrike, Klövsjö and Storhogna. We perform weekly cleaning, major cleaning, window cleaning, construction and moving cleaning, and manages properties and carries out renovations.

We are looking for you as:

• Experienced in managing a large group of people
• Can work at a fast pace, is accurate, cost-effective and self-motivated
• Has the ability to be flexible based on the fact that the day can quickly change
• Can work administratively with schedules, invoicing and purchasing
• Enjoys varied tasks and working in teams
• Is organized, enjoys cleaning and has an eye for detail.

The position includes both work in operation in the cleaning department, management of staff and administrative duties. The division between tasks varies depending on the season. Weekend work occurs, especially during the winter months.

Working hours
100% or acc.

Employment period
Permanent employment.

Meritorious  
Driving license is a requirement.
Work experience from similar work.
