Easter candy

Prescription:
Bake your own Easter candy - Rabbit muffins in an egg cup

Ingredients
25 g butter
4 tablespoons wheat flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cream vanilla sugar
1 cream baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk

Decoration
Optional e.g.
¤ A cream click to face
¤ Marshmallows and colored sugar for ears
¤ Sprinkle heart to nose
¤ Blue sugar balls for eyes

Do this: Melt the butter. Pour the butter into a bowl and add all the dry goods. Stir together to a smooth batter. Add eggs and milk. Stir until the batter is smooth and without lumps. Fill 2/3 of the egg cups with batter.
Run in the microwave for about 40 seconds, keep an eye on it all the time! The time may vary depending on the size of the egg cup. Smaller egg cup, shorter time.

Decorate with fruit, berries or Easter candy. Or turn them into little cute rabbits as in the picture.

Other simple tips:

Chocolate dipped strawberries
Melt any chocolate
Dip strawberries in the chocolate and let it set

Chocolate balls on stick with sprinkles
Make chocolate balls according to traditional recipes
Melt any chocolate (or make three different ones; dark, light and white)
Insert a stick (type 1/3 flower stick) into each ball
Dip the balls in the melted chocolate. Decorate with any sprinkles, coconut flakes, powdered sugar or chopped nuts.
