In Vemdalen, cross-country cycling is the most popular, so far. Along 13 cycle trails, can anyone who wants experience the beautiful nature from the saddle. In Vemdalen village, by Lövåsgården, the whole family can practice technique. Vemdalen's IF Cykel has a 1km long cycle track here with various technique exercises. There is a pump track on Vemdalsskalet and in Storhogna. There are also two shortracks here, which are two gravel tracks that wind up and down along the ski slopes next to it.
